Guangzhou, March 21, 2024 - Rue Madame, the only concept store in Asia specialising in contemporary fashion and exceptional service, celebrated the grand opening of its first Mainland China store, located at Tianhe Square, Guangzhou. Founded by Ariane Zagury in 2010, Rue Madame offers a carefully curated selection of over 80 global, high-quality and niche, lifestyle and fashion labels, catering to a woman’s full wardrobe needs, as well as her home décor needs. Brands include: The Jacksons, of which they hold exclusive China distribution rights for, American Vintage, Rouje, Bellerose, Taji, Sessun, Xirena and many many more. Rue Madame offers Chinese consumers the chance to explore such brands, often for the very first time, in Mainland China.
Ariane's entrepreneurial inspiration stems from her childhood experience in her father’s esteemed fabric shop, "Rodin," nestled on the prestigious Avenue des Champs Elysées. Founded by her grandfather in 1950, "Rodin" was a treasure trove of innovation - from exquisite Italian fabrics to the latest global designs. There, among the luxurious brocades and silks, Ariane learned the craft of selection, the joy of discovery, and the essence of style.
With Rue Madame, Ariane aims to create a warm, personalized shopping experience where every woman can find her unique fashion style.

The store facade is made up of an asymmetric color combination of green, pink and beige. These color tones have played a twist in the store design from the fitting room to the decorating pillar evoking a strong cozy touch. Strolling into the store, it cultivates an authentic Parisian shopping experience, creating an atmosphere where completing your shopping bucket list is a breeze! The open design of the store showcases at a glance a wide selection of over 80 lifestyle and fashion labels.
The interiors served as the perfect backdrop for the grand opening event, themed Fashion Fête: The Art of Personalization. The event sought to break traditional fashion boundaries, encouraging bold experimentation and innovation. Paired with bespoke cocktails from one of Asia's top 50 bars, the award-winning local Guangzhou speakeasy “Hope & Sesame”, guests were taken on a highly personalized journey of the wonderful unique world of Rue Madame.
The opening of Rue Madame's new store at Tianhe Square in Guangzhou, marks the beginning of a very exciting China journey for Rue Madame and Rue Madame Fashion Group.

The Jacksons is a hidden gem originated from London inspired by fun, positive energy and sustainable craftsmanship. Founder Louise launched the design collaboration in 2012 with the talented artisans in Southwest Bangladesh to create the beautiful yet durable handwoven bags. At The Jacksons, we believe that employment leads to independence, empowerment and status. The joy-filled and colourful design including word, animal and emoji prints, are made by 100% locally grown jute and non-toxic dyes.
